Terms & Conditions

  • Prices Subject To Change Without Notice.

  • Orders – All purchase orders received must meet a minimum quantity totaling $50.00, not including shipping.

  • Lead time for custom products is 10 business days.

  • Shipping

  • Shipments are made via UPS or FedEx. When motor freight transportation is necessary, shipments are sent freight collect, unless otherwise specified. All shipments are F.O.B. Melrose Park, Illinois. Air shipments are available upon request.

  • UPS/Fedex collect or 3rd party offered. Handling charge will be added. Same day, expedited or overnight shipping available. Please call before placing the order.

  • CHECK ALL DELIVERY RECEIPTS CLOSELY BEFORE SIGNING. Claims for damaged or shorted material must be filed by you with the delivering transportation carrier.

  • Returned Merchandise

  • Returned merchandise, when accepted within 30 days of purchase, is subject to a 20% restocking charge.

  • Material may not be returned without prior authorization

  • Custom product may not be returned.

  • Used, damaged or custom manufactured items cannot be returned under any condition.

  • Returns, when authorized, should be made in original cartons complete with the packing list and a letter detailing the reason for return, with instructions for replacements or credit, within 30 days of receipt of order, freight prepaid.

  • Damaged shipments - orders received damaged MUST be processed for claim within 15 days of shipment from manufacturer. Claims received after this time period will not be processed.

  • No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

  • Payment

  • We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

  • International customers are offered additional payment options.

  • We do not accept C.O.D.

  • Credit Card transactions are subject to 3% fee.

  • When does my order usually ship?

  • Stock items usually ships in 48 hours. Custom items lead time is 15 days.

  • How long does it take to produce my order?

  • Lead time for custom product is 10 business days.

  • What is your return policy?

  • Custom printed product used or damaged items may not be returned

  • Stock items may be returned only after authorization. Please call for RMA#. Subject to 20% restocking fee.
